Brief introduction:

CELLULASE

Cellulase is one kind of strain (T.koningii) with high output; it is made by deep ventilating fermentation method. It is widely used in manufacture of feed, textile, fuel ethanol, alcohol, Chinese medicine, food juice processing, etc.

Working Mechanism:

Cellulase is one kind of compound bio-catalyst, with multiple ingredients.

Properties:

1. Temperature:

Effective temperature range 50-70

Optimum temperature range 55-60 

2. PH:

PH range 4.0-6.0,

Optimum range 4.8-5.2

Specification:  

1. Solid type is off-white powder, with such enzyme activity units (CMC Enzyme). 

Solid product: 10000u/g, 20000u/g, 30000u/g, 40000u/g, 50000u/g, 60000u/g.

Liquid type is brown liquid product: 10000u/ml, 20000u/ml.

2. Unit definition

(CMCA ENZYME): The amount of enzyme needed to hydrolyze the substance of cellulase in one hour at Ph4.8, 70, producing equal to 1mg reducing sugar of glucose.

3. Standard: QB/T2306-97

Application Guide:

1. Feed industry: General dosage is 0.1-0.5% as feed additive.

2. Textile Industry: The recommend dosage is as follows: 2.5-5g / 1 kg of fabrics (5:1 water: clothes); 5-10g / kg of fabrics (10:1 water: clothes). 

3. Other industry: According to the instruction of technicians. 

Package and Storage:

Solid product: in film lined woven bag; 20kg/bag; Liquid products: 25kg /drum this product is organic biochemical substance, sunlight & high temperature will cause inactivation of enzyme. So, avoid exposure to sunlight when being transported. It should be kept in cool and dry place, or you need to increase its dosage.
